Contact inquiries: Name, email address, message content, optional service selection, preferred visit date, and location district provided through our contact form.

Service engagements: Address for on-site visits, item counts, storage descriptions, and invoicing details.

Website usage: Essential cookies for site functionality. Optional analytics cookies (only with consent) collecting anonymized page views and referral sources.

We do not collect payment card data through this website. In-person payments are handled separately.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics providers (when consented) process anonymized usage data under their own privacy policies. We use a postal carrier for directory deliveries, sharing only name and address necessary for delivery.

We store inquiry records on encrypted devices at our Daegu office. Website forms transmit data over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to App Summit Field staff involved in service delivery.
