Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing details for App Summit Field labeling and directory services.
Overview
App Summit Field delivers in-person labeling services and postal directory products. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Deposit refunds
Cancellation more than 7 days before a scheduled visit: Full deposit refund within five business days.
Cancellation within 7 days: Deposit is forfeited unless the visit is rescheduled within 30 days at no additional deposit.
Cancellation by App Summit Field: Full deposit refund if we cancel due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances. We offer priority rescheduling.
Completed service visits
On-site labeling and audit sessions are non-refundable once the visit has begun, because materials are prepared and staff time is committed.
If you are dissatisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 7 days. We will review the concern and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up visit to address specific labeling issues
- Partial refund of up to 30% if deliverables materially differ from the written quote
Postal products
Directory setup and label restock kits: Full refund if returned unopened within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the client’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly prepared.
Custom-prepared directories: Non-refundable once preparation begins, typically within 2 business days of order confirmation. We send a proof sheet for approval before final assembly on request.
Non-refundable items
- Labels and materials used during a completed on-site session
- Travel fees for visits that proceeded as scheduled
- Bilingual label surcharges once labels are printed
Refund process
- Email contact@appsummitfield.click with your name, service date, and reason for the request.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules within the same booking may incur a ₩25,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
If we arrive at the scheduled address and cannot gain access, the visit is charged at 50% of the quoted fee. A full fee applies if rescheduling is not completed within 14 days.
Work already started
For multi-day projects, fees for completed days are non-refundable. Remaining scheduled days may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice for a partial refund of uncommitted days.
Deposits on materials
Custom label orders requiring special printing may require a materials deposit. This deposit is refundable only if we cancel the order or if the product is defective.
