Device Tagging Session
A half-day on-site visit to inventory, label, and index up to forty offline storage devices with tamper-evident tags and a printed directory.
Who this is for
Households and small offices with a collection of unmarked USB drives, external hard drives, SD cards, or identical archive boxes that have accumulated over years without a consistent naming scheme.
What happens during the visit
We arrive with a portable labeling kit: pre-cut adhesive tags, a manual embosser for spine labels, acid-free index cards, and a binder template matched to your storage layout. The session follows four stages:
- Inventory walk — We open each drawer, shelf, and box with you present. Every item receives a provisional number before any label is applied.
- Naming convention — Together we agree on a prefix system (for example,
DRV-001for drives,BOX-001for archive cartons) that leaves room for future additions. - Label application — Tags are placed on visible surfaces. Spine labels are added to boxes stored vertically.
- Directory assembly — A printed index lists each ID, a plain-language description, physical location, and date labeled.

- Data migration, file copying, or device repair
- Shredding or disposal of storage media

Preparation
Clear a table or desk where we can spread items without interruption. Have any existing written notes about contents available, even if incomplete. Pets and young children should be kept from the work area during label application.
Timeline
Most visits are scheduled within two weeks of inquiry. Same-week appointments are occasionally available for Jung-gu addresses.
Pricing basis
The starting rate of ₩280,000 covers up to 40 items at a single location. Additional items are charged at ₩4,500 each. Travel beyond Daegu city limits adds a flat ₩35,000 fee.
