Design and assembly of a binder-based indexing system for shelves, drawers, and safes — delivered ready to populate during a labeling visit.
Who this is for
Clients who already have a labeling convention in place — or plan to adopt one — and need a durable paper directory that maps item IDs to physical locations without relying on a spreadsheet or phone app.
What you receive
- A ring binder with tab dividers organized by storage zone (Shelf A, Drawer 2, Safe compartment, etc.)
- 100 pre-formatted index sheets with fields for ID, description, location, date added, and notes
- A laminated location diagram template you fill in with your room layout
- Instructions for maintaining the directory when adding new items
Process
- You complete a brief scope form describing your storage zones and estimated item count.
- We prepare the binder at our Daegu office within five business days.
- Delivery by hand (Daegu) or registered post (nationwide, postage at cost).
