Wallet Inventory Audit
A structured cataloguing of personal document wallets and folios, with cross-referenced offline logs showing contents and storage location.
Who this is for
Individuals and couples who maintain multiple leather wallets, document folios, or accordion files — often indistinguishable from one another — and need a reliable offline record of what each one holds and where it is kept.
Scope of the audit
During the session, we open each wallet with you and record:
- Wallet identifier (assigned label)
- General content categories (receipts, contracts, certificates, insurance papers)
- Approximate date range of documents
- Physical storage location (safe drawer, filing cabinet, shelf)
We do not read document contents in detail, photograph individual pages, or retain copies of any papers. The audit log describes categories, not specific account numbers or personal data.
Deliverables
- Labeled wallets with small internal tags
- A printed wallet register (typically 4–8 pages)
- A location map showing where each wallet is stored relative to other labeled items
Limitations
This service covers up to six wallets or folios. Larger collections require a extended session quoted separately. We cannot audit wallets stored at off-site facilities we cannot visit.
Pricing
The base rate of ₩195,000 includes up to six wallets. Each additional wallet is ₩22,000. A follow-up refresh visit within twelve months is offered at 30% discount.
