Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing appsummitfield.click or engaging App Summit Field for labeling, directory, or audit services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

App Summit Field provides on-site device labeling, wallet inventory audits, offline storage directory preparation, and label restock services as described on this website. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before each engagement.

3. Bookings and deposits

Visits scheduled more than two weeks in advance require a 30% deposit. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Cancellation with more than seven days’ notice receives a full deposit refund. Cancellations within seven days forfeit the deposit unless rescheduled within thirty days.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about item counts, storage locations, and access requirements. Clients are responsible for decisions about document retention, disposal, and content review during audit sessions. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

5. Intellectual property

Directory templates, labeling conventions, and written materials prepared by App Summit Field remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use delivered materials for personal or internal business record-keeping. Reproduction for commercial resale is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

App Summit Field is not liable for data loss, document misplacement, or consequential damages arising from client decisions during or after a labeling session. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We carry general business liability insurance covering on-site visits within our stated service area.

7. Website use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify site content, service descriptions, and pricing without prior notice. Published rates are indicative; confirmed quotes govern individual engagements.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, Republic of Korea.
